Our basic Home Serenity Guide is provided free of charge and does not require any payment. Therefore, no refunds are applicable for our complimentary materials.
Premium Consultation Services
For our premium consultation services available in France:
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no consultation has taken place
- 50% refund available within 7 days after the first consultation session
- No refunds after completion of agreed consultation sessions
Digital Products
Premium digital guides and materials:
- 7-day satisfaction guarantee from date of purchase
- Refund available if materials are found to be significantly different from description
- No refund once materials have been downloaded and accessed
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and reason for refund request
- Allow 5-10 business days for processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if:
- The refund request exceeds the specified time limits
- Services have been fully delivered as described
- The request is deemed fraudulent or abusive
